おかげさまで、小布施のランチとしてオープン以来、地元のテレビ番組を中心に5年間で6回ご紹介いただきました。多くの取材で注目していただいた「小布施の名物」を、ぜひ熱々のままお楽しみください。

スイス・Emmi社製の濃厚ラクレットチーズを贅沢に使用しています。

カレーソースには「羅臼昆布出汁」をブレンド。欧風カレーのコクの中に、日本人の心に響く旨味を忍ばせています。

保温性の高い「STAUB（ストウブ）」の鉄鍋で焼き上げ、グツグツという音と共にテーブルへ。とろける温玉、ホクホクのじゃがいも、季節の野菜が彩ります。

お米は、お隣・信州中野の契約農家直送『風さやか』を使用しています。濃厚なルーやスパイスと最も相性が良いお米として、数ある品種から選び抜きました。13年の歳月をかけて開発された「しっかりとした粒感」と「上品な甘み」が、熱々の焼きカレーと絶妙なハーモニーを奏でます。
